As previously advised, GNS will be transitioning to the new ‘Pick Up & Pay’ model from the 19th September, 2016 across all eastern states – Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

We are committed to making sure our valued customers are fully informed of certain changes in procedures before this transition, so that you can continue to experience the benefits of purchasing goods at fantastic ‘C&C’ pricing, whilst saving time and money by having us pick and pack for you! To ensure you still get the opportunity to browse exciting new product lines, check out major promotions and access discounted clearance lines, GNS will be providing a dedicated showroom in each warehouse! From there, if you see something you like, you can place an order right away for pick up on the next day, or have it delivered straight to you.

We are supplementing this new model with additional support and assurance to make the process even more convenient for you. Our Business Development Managers will be contacting all previous Cash & Carry customers and providing individual customer sales data across all purchases made in the last 12 months. This will make sure you don’t miss anything from your regular purchases of everyday goods, and also give you valuable information based on your promotional purchase history – i.e., Christmas, Back To School, Mid Year etc.

QLD
On arrival, please ensure you park in the clearly marked and signposted areas either directly in front of, or opposite the front Reception area. Proceed to reception, where you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will then coordinate payment of ordered goods. Orders will then be available to collect at Despatch. Larger orders will be delivered via trolley or forklift direct to your vehicle.

NSW
On arrival, please ensure you park in the clearly marked and signposted areas either directly in front of, or opposite the middle Reception area. Proceed to reception, where you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will then coordinate payment of ordered goods. Small orders will be despatched direct from the reception area. Larger orders will be delivered via trolley or forklift direct to your vehicle.

VIC
On arrival, please ensure you park in the clearly marked and signposted areas in the Customer Pick-Up zone near Despatch. Proceed to the Despatch area, where you will be greeted by one of our staff members who will then coordinate payment of ordered goods. Small orders will then be despatched directly from this area. Larger orders will be delivered via trolley or forklift direct to your vehicle.

Placing Your Order

Orders placed before 2:00pm online, via fax or phone, will be ready for pickup from 8:30am the following business day.
